As a seasoned professional in the complete Strategic HR spectrum with a strong commercial acumen, Ridzuan’s 22-year illustrious career is characterised by building organisations to operate with a competitive edge in the market. He was responsible for complexed operations ranging from 1,000- to 10,000-strong workforce across industries such as banking, airport management, oil and gas, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, as well as a leadership role at the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Ridzuan has spearheaded the breadth and depth of organisational design and transformation, talent rationalisation and integration efforts, as well as change and succession management within highly charged and mission-critical areas to a business, implementing cutting- edge methodologies and advanced workforce analytics to drive high-performance staffing whilst ensuring organisational sustainability.
