Company Declaration

As a registered vendor with JLG Investment Holdings Sdn Bhd (formerly known as JLand Group Sdn Bhd), we confirm that our company:

1. Compliance & Ethics

Will avoid and disclose any conflict of interest.
Will comply with Jland Group (JLG) policies on competition, safety & health, gifts, privacy, and anti-bribery.
Will comply with all laws on anti-bribery, anti-fraud, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering.
Will uphold integrity, transparency, accountability, and good governance.

2. Disclosure

We confirm that none of our key management has any relatives working in JLand Group (JLG).
We confirm that no JLand Group (JLG) employee or their family holds any directorship, key management role, or shareholding >1% in our company. (If applicable, please declare details separately.)

3. Commitments

Ensure all subsidiaries/affiliates comply with the same requirements.
Provide audited financial statements/statutory reports when requested.
Allow JLand Group (JLG) representatives to visit our sites and offices.
Do not give or accept any gifts, donations, entertainment, travel, or anything of value to/from JLand Group (JLG) employees.
Report immediately if approached for bribes or improper advantages.
Notify JLand Group (JLG) within 14 working days of any changes to submitted information.

4. Confirmation

All information provided is true and accurate.
We understand JLand Group (JLG) may terminate or revoke contracts if we breach these requirements.
We indemnify JLand Group (JLG) from any liability arising from false or misleading information.

I-PLEDGE

I, hereby declare that we or any person representing the Company will not offer any form of bribes to any person within JLand Group Berhad and its subsidiaries (“JLG Group”) or any other person as a reward for the offer of appointment as a service provider. We will also not give/offer bribes during the service period and post-implementation in relation to this appointment.

2. We will not disclose any confidential information relating to the appointment to any party.

3. If any representative of the Company is charged for giving a bribe to any person in JLG Group or other person directly or indirectly involved in this appointment, we will adhere to the following:

3.1. Withdrawal of Letter of Acceptance/Work Order/Purchase Order; or
3.2. Termination of Contract/Agreement for services pursuant to the Contract/Agreement, and
3.3. Other necessary actions in accordance with Malaysian law.

4. This pledge is made not under duress. We understand that if the Company or its representative is making any false declaration, JLG Group reserves the right to report this to the authorities.
