1960

Damansara Holdings Berhad was incorporated. (Now JLG Integra Sdn Bhd)
1972

Established on 13 July 1972 & known as Syarikat Pembinaan Johor Sdn Bhd
1980s

Expanded into Pasir Gudang township development and housing projects
1992

TPM Technopark was established. (Now JLG Technopark Sdn Bhd)
1996

Listed at Bursa Malaysia & Kulim (M) Bhd become the largest shareholder. Total Paid Up Share Capital 100 mil
1999

Acquisition of 30.07% equity in Revertex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd from Jcorp, diversifying income stream for JLand
2004
Purchase of Tebrau estate 1474.6 acres:
- Cash RM1.0 million
- Inssuance of 22mil New Shares at RM1 per share.
- Inssuance of RM330mil, 5-year “CULS” (Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks)
2005

Damansara REIT Managers was established. (Now JLG REIT Managers Sdn Bhd)
2006

Al-Aqar listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
2009

Delisted from Bursa Malaysia  A strategic move that enabled long-term thinking, investment, and value creation beyond short-term market pressures.
